The Corps Commander, Lieutenant General Ahsan Saleem Hyat, has said that high professional standard has made Pakistan Army stronger to defend the homeland against any aggression.

He was speaking as chief guest at the passing out parade of 23rd batch of recruits at the Army Air Defence Centre here on Saturday, says an ISPR press release.

The Corps Commander called upon the passing out recruits to realise their responsibilities and continuously maintain and enhance their professional skills, which they had acquired during the training process.

He emphasised upon them to work hard with a focussed professional approach to meet the challenges of future battle filed.

Earlier, Lieutenant General Ahsan Saleem Hyat took salute of the march past of the passing out recruits.

On the occasion, he also gave awards to those recruits who exhibited their outstanding performance during the training.

Gunner Medium Ahmad Khan received first prize in marksmanship, OCU M. Shafiq secured the 1st prize in physical fitness, OCU Imran bagged the 1st prize in drill and OPM M. Asif was adjudged as the overall best recruit.

A large number of officers, men and relatives of the passing out recruits attended the parade.
